Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina, Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron EOD technicians work by supporting the installation and surrounding communities by locating, accessing, identifying, rendering safe, neutralizing and disposing of hazards, chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear (CBRNE) and high-yield explosive, unexploded explosive ordnance, improvised explosive device, and weapons of mass destruction (WMD) that present a threat to operations, installations, personnel or material. (U.S. Marine Corps video Sgt. Christian J. Lopez)
