On a shield shaped embroidered item edged with a 1/8 inch green border blazoned as follows: Tierced per pale Gules, Argent, and Azure, a stylized winged lion Or, eyed Brün, holding a sword palewise point to chief in its dexter paw resting on an open book of the fourth inscribed with letters “PAX” bendwise of the fifth, in base a bar couped and rounded Or.  Overall dimensions are 2-1/4 inches in width by 2-3/4 inches in height.  Above the shield is a red scroll 1-1/4 inches in height and 3-1/4 inches in width, bearing the inscription “SETAF” in yellow letters.  Below the shield is a red scroll 5/8 inch in height and 2-1/4 inches in width, with the inscription “AFRICA” in yellow letters.
