U.S. Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Mobile Unit 5, based out of U.S. Naval Base Guam and the Royal Thai Navy EOD conduct static and free fall parachute operations as part of Cobra Gold 24 at Hat Yao Beach, Thailand, Mar. 2, 2024. This is the 43rd iteration of the Cobra Gold series of exercises, which emphasizes coordination on readiness, civic action, humanitarian assistance, and disaster relief.
