170617-N-ZV163-0001 Two culinary specialists assigned to U.S. Naval Forces Central Command (NAVCENT), passed the American Culinary Federation's (ACF) certification exams for sous chef and chef de cuisine, June 17. Culinary Specialist 2nd Class Michael Colburn, sous chef, and Culinary Specialist 2nd Class Matthew Ndambuki, chef de cuisine, passed the American Culinary Federation certification tests to further their expertise in the culinary arts. This skill aids the NAVCENT commander with achieving objective and reaching common goals with leaders in the region by enabling them to sit down to an attractive and appealing meal.
