Contractors, Department of Army Civilians with the 7th Army Training Command, and U.S. Soldiers from Charlie Company, 1st Battalion, 8th Infantry Regiment,3rd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division in Smardan, Romania work to install a temporary Moving Armor Target (MAT) system, Apr. 1 through April 7, 2017. The targeting system can move a tank silhouette target at speeds up to 20 miles per hour for up to 340 meters. The system will be used for joint live fire training with U.S. Soldiers and Romanian Land Forces during upcoming exercises. (U.S. Army photo by Martin Greeson)
