Members of the 8th Coast Guard District participate in a CrossFit Hero Workout of the Day at the CrossFit Overtoque box at Coast Guard Air Station New Orleans in memory of the fallen crew of the Coast Guard MH-65 Dolphin helicopter 6535, April 4, 2014. The 6535 WOD was the second annual memorial workout, which consists of four rounds of a 400-meter run, 65 air squats and 35 burpee pullups for time.
