About Resolute Castle

Exercise Resolute Castle is a U.S. Army Europe and Africa led, multinational, joint exercise which marries U.S. Army Reserve and National Guard, as well as allied and partner nation engineering unit training opportunities with the completion of real world construction projects that enhance training capabilities in various areas of Europe's eastern member-states. Resolute Castle is designed to reinforce regional partnerships and promote interoperability with host nation forces by providing improvements to existing infrastructure.

Resolute Castle 24 utilizes U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, and NATO engineers to increase partner capacity and strengthen capabilities across NATO’s eastern member states through real-world engineer-related training and the expansion of infrastructure in support of defender-series exercises.

Motivational Monday Minute: Episode 16
DC National Guard
June 23, 2025 | 1:30
U.S. Army CH (COL) Vincent A. Cummings, Command Chaplain for the D.C. National Guard presents Motivational Monday Minute to encourage and inspire. Whether full or part-time, each Soldier & Airman has a role to play, in being a Capital Guardian. As Command Chaplain, he's a shepherd multiplier, who develops spiritual readiness. Each episode is a step in that journey…together…as Capital Guardians! This week's Motivational Monday Minute focuses on armed conflict. Although multifaceted, it fundamentally revolves around the use of force to achieve strategic objectives, often involving the defeat of an enemy. This includes not only direct combat but also influencing enemy behavior, decision-making, and will to fight. (U.S. Air National Guard video by Master Sgt. Arthur M. Wright)
