Arctic Forge 25 is a U.S. Army Europe and Africa led biennial exercise that leverages Arctic host nation exercises Local Defense Exercise 25 in Finland and Joint Viking 25 in Norway, February 17-28, 2025, to build Arctic readiness and interoperability in support of the U.S. Army's Arctic Strategy.

Arctic Forge 25 is focused on building the U.S. Army’s Arctic capabilities including deployment to the Arctic, Arctic multi-domain operations, and Arctic sustainment, and includes approximately 330 U.S. and 750 multinational participants from Canada (TBD), Finland and Norway.

U.S. Marines with Marine Fighter Attack Squadron (VMFA) 121 support F-35B Lightning II aircraft operations at Republic of Korea (ROK) Base Pohang, ROK, April 1 to April 2, 2024. This cross-country flight was part of a series to multiple ROK bases and introduced U.S. 5th generation aircraft to ally bases. Marines with VMFA-121, a Japan-based F-35B Lightning II squadron, traveled to the Republic of Korea for unit and joint-level training to increase combat readiness and proficiency while operating on the Korean peninsula.
