This video describes the Air Force Casualty Notification process featuring a testimony from Retired Col Mark Roland. Col Roland describes the Casualty Notification process from both sides of the door, he was on one occasion called to make notification to an Air Force family as an Air Force Officer, and unfortunately, also endured the devastating personal encounter of being notified. This training video was created to give a detailed overview of the Casualty Notification process and assist and provide training to those who will be called to make notification to families of Fallen Airmen or Guardians.
