03:15 - 03:41
Soundbite from Colonel Daniel Moise, Mig 21 Lancer pilot and Director of Resilient Resolve Exercise 2016:
This exercise represents an excellent opportunity for both detachments, from Romania and Canada, to share experience in tactics techniques and procedures regarding learning ground operation, air security, intelligence, tactical command and control, and cross-servicing logistical support.
The most important thing is that we are flying different platforms with different capabilities but we are applying the same procedures.

03:41 - 4:14
Soundbite of Major General David Wheeler, Commander of One Canadian Air Division and the Canadian NORAD region:
Right now we are not actually conducting operations, we are doing training. Obviously, we are very mindful about what's going on in Ukraine and Crimea. Canada took place in the Baltic Air policing last year so we are very understanding of the situation in this area, but the exercise right now is not actually doing any of that type of activity; it is more to train with our Romanian allies to make sure that, if we do have to do stuff in the future, we can do it in a coordinated fashion.

4:19 - 4:40
Soundbite of Lieutenant-Colonel Dave Turenne. Canadian-Air Task Force Commander:
So far we have conducted tactical intercept training between our pilots and the Romanian Air Force pilots and in addition to that type of flying training. We are doing ground training between our pilots and Romanian pilots as a well as Link 16 training between our Link 16 personnel and control-reporting center personal in Bucharest as well as here in Constanta.

4:40 - 4:59
Soundbite of H.E. Mrs. Joanne Lemay, Canadian Ambassador to Romania
Today as we work together as NATO allies, that's a very strong part of our relationship and it's quite active, and as I was saying today I'm very proud of our Canadian forces but as well the Romanian forces are very close allied.
