Allied Spirit is a U.S. Army exercise for multinational partners, conducted at 7th Army Training Command training areas at Grafenwoehr and Hohenfels, Germany.
 
Unlike other USAREUR-AF exercises, which feature U.S. brigade combat teams in a lead role augmented by Allies and partners, Allied Spirit places an Allied unit as the main training audience. While U.S.-led, this exercise will develop and enhance NATO and key partner interoperability and readiness across specified warfighting functions.

The Honorable John. E. Whitley, Acting Secretary of the Army, visited with Maryland's The Adjutant General, Maj. Gen. Timothy Gowen, members of the Maryland Army National Guard and Charles County Health Department to see the operations the military is supporting to vaccinate community members at Regency Furniture Stadium in Waldorf, Md., Feb. 5, 2021. The Maryland National Guard has been activated to support Maryland's COVID-19 vaccination initiative inoculating the public. Mobile Vaccination Support Teams provide direct support to county health departments, assisting with the acceleration of vaccination efforts.
