Allied Spirit is a U.S. Army exercise for multinational partners, conducted at 7th Army Training Command training areas at Grafenwoehr and Hohenfels, Germany.
 
Unlike other USAREUR-AF exercises, which feature U.S. brigade combat teams in a lead role augmented by Allies and partners, Allied Spirit places an Allied unit as the main training audience. While U.S.-led, this exercise will develop and enhance NATO and key partner interoperability and readiness across specified warfighting functions.

Several F-15C/D Eagles assigned to the Florida Air National Guard’s 125th Fighter Wing arrived to participate in combined exercise Àngel de los Andes and Relámpago VIII in Palanquero, Colombia, Aug. 18, 2023. Colombian Air Force and U.S. Air Force aircraft will fly together and against one another in training using NATO standards to promote seamless interoperability. F-15s and personnel from the Florida Air National Guard’s 125th Fighter Wing, CH-47s and HH-60 helicopters from Joint Task Force-Bravo, U-28s from Air Force Special Operations Command, a C-17 from the North Carolina Air National Guard’s 145th Airlift Wing and KC-135s from the 92nd Air Refueling Wing will rapidly integrate into theater training, carrying out coalition and partnered missions. Relámpago focuses on air superiority and large force employment. ADLA provides joint Humanitarian Assistance (HA)/Disaster Relief (DR) and combat search and rescue training.
