Allied Spirit is a U.S. Army exercise for multinational partners, conducted at 7th Army Training Command training areas at Grafenwoehr and Hohenfels, Germany.
 
Unlike other USAREUR-AF exercises, which feature U.S. brigade combat teams in a lead role augmented by Allies and partners, Allied Spirit places an Allied unit as the main training audience. While U.S.-led, this exercise will develop and enhance NATO and key partner interoperability and readiness across specified warfighting functions.

Exhibit Opening at Hampton Roads Naval Museum on 10-8-2019

Submitted video by Gary Cooper. A final production package of the exhibit opening ceremony held on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at the Hampton Roads Naval Museum. The ceremony was held in conjunction with the U.S. Navy’s 244th Birthday; and also included the grand opening of the museum’s new exhibit “The Ten Thousand-Day War at Sea: The U.S. Navy in Vietnam, 1950-1975.” Speaking at the ceremony was Museum’s Director, John Pentangelo; Admiral Christopher Grady, Commander, United States Fleet Forces Command and Rear Admiral Samuel Cox, USN (Ret.), Director of the Naval History and Heritage Command. A special tribute to the U.S. Navy Vietnam Veterans in attendance was also included in the ceremony; with a roll call officiated by Commander Joseph E. Fals, Commanding Officer of the Arleigh Burke-Class Guided Missile Destroyer USS James E. Williams (DDG-95). Lastly the production includes some B-roll footage of the exhibit opening and ribbon cutting. (US Navy Video by Gary Cooper/Released).
