Allied Spirit is a U.S. Army exercise for multinational partners, conducted at 7th Army Training Command training areas at Grafenwoehr and Hohenfels, Germany.
 
Unlike other USAREUR-AF exercises, which feature U.S. brigade combat teams in a lead role augmented by Allies and partners, Allied Spirit places an Allied unit as the main training audience. While U.S.-led, this exercise will develop and enhance NATO and key partner interoperability and readiness across specified warfighting functions.

Iron Sword 2014 is a multinational exercise organized by the Lithuanian Land Forces involving more than 2,500 military personnel from nine NATO member states including Canada, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Germany, Hungary, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the United States and the United Kingdom from Nov. 2-14 at the Gaižiūnų (Jonavos Distr.) and the Generol Silvestras Žukauskas (Švenčionių Distr.) training ranges. Iron Sword 2014 is organized as part of the NATO Military Training and Exercise Program (MTEP). Interviews are with: Major General Almantas Leika, Commander of the Lithuanian Land Force; Vainius Eiva, Chief Public Affairs Officer - Ministry of National Defence of the Republic of Lithuania; Colonel Hanz Houff, NATO Delegation - Belgium; Lieutenant Colonel Peter Utsch, NATO Delegation - Germany.
