Allied Spirit is a U.S. Army exercise for multinational partners, conducted at 7th Army Training Command training areas at Grafenwoehr and Hohenfels, Germany.
 
Unlike other USAREUR-AF exercises, which feature U.S. brigade combat teams in a lead role augmented by Allies and partners, Allied Spirit places an Allied unit as the main training audience. While U.S.-led, this exercise will develop and enhance NATO and key partner interoperability and readiness across specified warfighting functions.

This documentary follows twelve Paratroopers from the 82nd Airborne Division who decided to continue serving in the U.S. Army as a Paratrooper in the "All American" 82nd Airborne Division, in Fort Bragg, NC. To commemorate the occasion, the 82nd Airborne Division Retention office arranged a trip to Washington D.C. led by Sgt. Maj. Tobey Whitney, Division Career Counselor. Maj. Gen. Douglas F. Stitt, Director of Military Personnel Management, gave the Oath of Reenlistment at the Lincoln Memorial. (U.S. Army product by Sgt. 1st Class Jonathan Hornby). Video uploaded for archival purposes.
