Allied Spirit is a U.S. Army exercise for multinational partners, conducted at 7th Army Training Command training areas at Grafenwoehr and Hohenfels, Germany.
 
Unlike other USAREUR-AF exercises, which feature U.S. brigade combat teams in a lead role augmented by Allies and partners, Allied Spirit places an Allied unit as the main training audience. While U.S.-led, this exercise will develop and enhance NATO and key partner interoperability and readiness across specified warfighting functions.

Re-enlistment ceremony aboard the USS Wisconsin (BB 64)

A02(AW/SW/IW) Jessica Hawkins, from the USS George H.W. Bush (CVN 77) re-enlisted this morning aboard the USS Wisconsin (BB 64). The ceremony was held in-front of the iconic turret #1, which has fired countless rounds in support of operations around the globe. The Wisconsin is an Iowa-Class Battleship that is moored permanently next to the Hampton Roads Naval Museum; which is part of the Naval History and Heritage Command. The Battleship, along with the museum's gallery, are both popular venues for military ceremonies, and are available without cost to commands in the area through the museum.
