Allied Spirit is a U.S. Army exercise for multinational partners, conducted at 7th Army Training Command training areas at Grafenwoehr and Hohenfels, Germany.
 
Unlike other USAREUR-AF exercises, which feature U.S. brigade combat teams in a lead role augmented by Allies and partners, Allied Spirit places an Allied unit as the main training audience. While U.S.-led, this exercise will develop and enhance NATO and key partner interoperability and readiness across specified warfighting functions.

Sara Kirstein, the adjutant for the 2021 MCIPAC Birthday Ball, explains what the Marine Corps birthday means to her and what makes celebrating the birthday with a celebratory ball so important during the MCIPAC General Officer's Birthday Ball on Camp Butler, Okinawa, Japan, Nov. 5, 2021. Kirstein has been serving in the Marine Corps for 23 years and this is her tenth occasion serving as the adjutant for a Marine Corps ball. The Marine Corps ball is a timeless tradition that emphasizes camaraderie with a celebration of Marines to the left and right and the warfighters who have fallen before them.
