Command Sgt. Maj. Charlotte Trotter of the 479th Chemical Battalion at Fort Totten, New York transfers responsibility to Command Sgt. Maj. Frank Olmstead on Aug. 2, 2020. With this Change of Responsibility Ceremony, Command Sgt. Maj. Trotter retires from the U.S. Army after 29 years of service.
