Emily Laraway, Executive Officer of Naval Operations Support Center (NOSC) in New York City, discusses the NOSC's support of the COVID19 relief effort, May 6, 2020. The NOSC personnel processed in over 200 Reservists in an integrated system to relieve the New York City medical system, in support of U.S. Northern Command, through U.S. Army North, by providing military support to the Federal Emergency Management Agency to help communities in need.
