Franchetti, commander, U.S. 6th Fleet, records a spirit spot for the 120th Army-Navy football game, with the crew of the Ohio-class guided-missile submarine USS Florida (SSGN 728), during routine operations in the Mediterranean, Nov. 22, 2019. U.S. 6th Fleet, headquartered in Naples, Italy, conducts the full spectrum of joint and naval operations, often in concert with allied and interagency partners, in order to advance U.S. national interests and security and stability in Europe and Africa.
