CHANNEL ISLANDS AIR NATIONAL GUARD STATION, Calif. - U.S. Air National Guardsmen from the 146th Airlift Wing's Services flight for the first time were selected for recognition nationally, as they competed for the title of the best dining facility operations in the Air National Guard.
Senior Master Sgt. Neil Bulatao and Master Sgt. John Williams led a 26-man team through an evaluation held at the dining facility located at Channel Islands Air National Guard Station, Port Hueneme, California, March 9, 2019. The "Kenneth Disney Award" nomination comes after Bulatao and his team placed top 3 in dining facilities selected for recognition out of 75 Air National Guard wings who were submitted.
