2019 Special Tactics Memorial March Ceremony

Hundreds of Air Commandos, friends and Gold Star family members gather for the Special Tactics Ruck March Memorial Ceremony at Hurlburt Field. The march, conducted over 830 miles from Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, to Hurlburt Field, Florida, is planned when an ST member is killed in action. This memorial ruck march honored U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Dylan Elchin, a combat controller who was killed in Afghanistan in November 2018, and 19 other ST Airmen who have died since 9/11.
