FORT HUNTER LIGGETT, CALIF - Army Reserve Sgt. Marcus Sams and Cpt. David Lloyd, 398th CSSB speak about setting up their unit's Forward Logistic Element (FLE) on Fort Hunter Liggett. The 398th CSSB is providing sustainment for Soldiers out in the field for CSTX 91-18-01, even after having much of their gear destroyed by a fire on base. (Army Reserve story by Spc.
