2018 ARNG Best Warrior Competition Opening Ceremony

The opening ceremony of the 2018 Army National Guard Best Warrior Competition was held at Fort Indiantown Gap July 24. The ceremony introduced and honored the 14 Soldiers from 13 different states competing in the event. Speakers included Command Sgt. Maj. Thomas Buck, Fort Indiantown Gap garrison CSM and Command Sgt. Maj. Harry Buchanan, Pennsylvania National Guard senior enlisted advisor. The competitors were patched with a unique 2018 Best Warrior patch by Command Sgt. Maj. Buchanan. They will wear these patched throughout the competition.
