Marines with 4th Civil Affairs Group and Marine Corps Forces, South Public Affairs talk to local Dominican citizens in Roseau, Dominica, July 24, 2015, about their thoughts on the U.S. Navy Ship Comfort (T-AH-20) that will arrive to provide medical care to the citizens of the island as part of Operation Continuing Promise 2015. Operation Continuing Promise is a mission in which the United States military works with host nations to provide humanitarian assistance and execute civil-military operations alongside various partner nations within the Caribbean and Central and South America.
