Good Friends of the Fallen Marines Talk About the Good Memories
III Marine Expeditionary Force
Dec. 13, 1901 | 4:25
Sgt. James L. Hibler, from Arlington, Texas, and Sgt. Robert Brown, from Girard, Pennsylvania, talk about the good memories they had with Sgt. Ward M. Johnson IV and Sgt. Eric M. Seaman at the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, Nepal, May 18. Six Marines and two Nepalese soldiers lost their lives after a UH-1Y Huey helicopter incident while conducting casualty evacuations in Nepal May 12. The U.S. troops are part of Joint Task Force 505 in Nepal, which works in conjunction with U.S. Agency for International Development and the international community to provide unique capabilities to assist Nepal. Hibler and Brown are UH-1Y crew chiefs with Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron 469. Also available in high definition.
