U.S. Marine Corps Drill Instructors Staff Sgt. Victor Rodriguez, Sgt. John F. Walker, and Staff Sgt. John L. Walker Jr. mentor and train with Semper Fidelis All-American football players [West Team] during game preparation at Santa Ana Stadium in Santa Ana, Calif., Dec. 31, 2014. The drill instructors, all of Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, worked out with the high school student-athletes, giving them a small taste of how the drill instructors make United States Marines. The bowl, featuring 99 players from across the country, will be nationally televised live from the StubHub Center in Carson, Calif., at 6 p.m. (PST) on Jan. 4, 2015, on Fox Sports 1.
