The 12th Combat Aviation Brigade commander, Col. Kenneth Cole, presents the winners of the 2018 Lt. Gen. Ellis D. Parker Award in the combat category to the 1-3rd Attack Reconnaissance Battalion staff at an award ceremony held at the Bismarck Kaserne post theater, Feb. 22, 2019. The award was established in recognition of Lt. Gen. Ellis D. Parker, who retired in 1992 after serving 39 years. Parker was inducted into the Army Aviation Hall of Fame.
