U.S. Army culinary specialists, assigned to 16th Sustainment Brigade, conduct soft openings with the Culinary Outpost Food Truck in Kaiserslautern, Germany, May 21, 2020. The Culinary Outpost Food Truck is the first Army food truck to be utilized in U.S. Army Europe and is an extension of the Rheinland-Pfalz garrison food service program.
