Italy-based soldier sends holiday greetings to family, friends back home [Social Media 9:16]
U.S. Army Southern European Task Force, Africa
Dec. 13, 2024 | 0:25
U.S. Army Master Sgt. Richard Gentile, a watch desk officer with U.S. Army Southern European Task Force, Africa (SETAF-AF), wishes his family and friends ‘happy holidays’ during a Lions Legacy event at Caserma Del Din, Vicenza, Italy, Dec. 13, 2024. The monthly Lions Legacy series is designed to enhance unit cohesion and teamwork through a series of physical challenges. The December edition featured a ‘Santa Boot Camp,’ where teams competed with each other during holiday-themed physical activities. SETAF-AF directs and supports all U.S. Army activities with partner land forces in Africa, including conducting and supporting exercises and training events, security force assistance, and events like the Lions Legacy series.
