Dr. Love explains that caffeine and energy drinks can take you up but will eventually let you down. For sustained energy keep a healthy diet, exercise regularly, and get a good night’s sleep. When it’s time to go to sleep… go to sleep. It’s always tempting to stay up later but you, and your work quality will suffer the next day.
