Christine E. Wormuth, Secretary of the Army, honors Terry Wiley with CASA Emeritus for his contributions as a Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army. Honorable Wormuth also executes an investiture ceremony with Mr. Ronald Corsetti, and Ms. Kristen McBride. The events took place at the 2023 AUSA Annual Meeting and Symposium, at the Washington DC Convention Center, on 10 October 2023.
