Ismael Del Toro, a 386th Expeditionary Civil Engineering Squadron explosive ordnance disposal technician, operates a MTGR® robot during an Unmanned Aircraft Systems response exercise at Ali Al Salem Air Base, Kuwait, Feb. 21, 2023. Base-wide exercises provide Airmen the opportunity to practice for real-world threats while receiving feedback about their performance.
