ROTA, Spain (Nov. 10, 2022) Sailors from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11, assigned to Commander Task Force (CTF) 68, practiced their Seabee Combat Warfare skills during an all-hands tactical rodeo exercise. NMCB 11, operating under CTF 68, is deployed across the U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa area of operations, employed by U.S. Sixth Fleet to defend U.S., allied, and partner interests.
