The 1st Cavalry Division hosted a special ceremony on Cooper Field to transfer the Medal of Honor award presented to the 3rd Battalion, 8th Cavalry Regiment Trooper, Cpl. Tibor Rubin for his selfless and valorous actions during the Korean War from July 23, 1950, to April 20, 1953.
