U.S. Airmen with the 557th Expeditionary Rapid Engineer Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Squadron Engineer Squadron, or RED HORSE, drill and remove the concrete of a taxiway at Ali Al Salem Air Base, Kuwait, Feb. 22, 2022. This demolition project is to expand the taxiway to give cargo aircraft more options on landing and the movement of cargo around the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility.
