The Army Combat Fitness Test - Sprint-Drag-Carry
Arkansas National Guard Public Affairs Office
May 24, 2019 | 2:04
The Sprint-Drag-Carry event of the Army Combat Fitness Test might seem like a lot, but it goes by quick in just a couple of minutes. The event has four main components. The 90-pound sled drag, the lateral, the 40-pound kettle-bell carry, and the sprint at the beginning and end. The Arkansas Army National Guard has made the preparations to ready every Soldier throughout the state to conduct the new physical fitness test.
