An MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter crew, from Coast Guard Air Station Astoria, hoists a 65-year-old man from a charter vessel off the Pacific Coast, July 29, 2017.
The crew of the charter vessel contacted watchstanders at Coast Guard Sector Columbia River to report that one of their passengers had a complete loss of short term memory, the aircrew launched in response.
