Drill Instructors Meet New Recruits
Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island

U.S. Marine Corps recruits of Charlie Company, 1st Recruit Training Battalion, and Oscar Company, 4th Recruit Training Battalion, met the drill instructors who will be responsible for transforming them into Marines July 1, 2017, on Parris Island, S.C. Although they were under the supervision of other drill instructors since their arrival on Parris Island several days earlier, these are the drill instructors who will be with them every moment for the next 12 weeks.
