Soldiers, Airmen, and Capital Guardian Youth Challenge Academy Cadets march in the Pass in Review portion of the 2016 Awards & Decorations Ceremony before the General Officer Staff. The marching element includes personnel from the D.C. National Guard, Land Component Command, 74th Troop Command, 113th Wing: D.C. Air National Guard, and the Capital Guardian Youth ChalleNGe Academy. The 257th Army Band - The Band of the Nation's Capitol, is led by Drum Major Staff Sgt. Leslie Allen.
