51st Fighter Wing Commander Colonel Brook Leonard and 35th ADA Brigade Commander Colonel Thomas Nguyen signed the 2014 sexual assault awareness month commitment pledge at the Osan Air Base exchange. Even though they command separate units and branches, they share an emotional response when sexual assault occurs.
