Marauder 21
173rd Airborne Brigade
March 5, 2021 | 3:01
Sky Soldiers of 4th Battalion, 319th (Airborne) Field Artillery Regiment jumped into Drawsko Pomorski Training Area, Poland alongside paratroopers from the 6 Brygada Powietrznodesantowa im. gen. bryg. Stanisława Sosabowskiego as part of a Exercise Marauder 21.
After loading aircraft in Krakow, the jumpers and their howitzers seized the drop zone in Drawsko, the allied team jumped into the training area to put their guns into action on the drop zone.
The 173rd Airborne Brigade is the U.S. Army's Contingency Response Force in Europe, providing rapidly deployable forces to the United States Europe, Africa and Central Command areas of responsibility. Forward deployed across Italy and Germany, the brigade routinely trains alongside NATO allies and partners to build partnerships and strengthen the alliance.
