Major General Marshall B. Webb, Special Operations Command Europe Commander, and the service members of SOCEUR found time to pause momentarily on 22 January 2014 to celebrate their history. The command headquarters held an observance on Patch Barracks in Stuttgart, Germany to celebrate 59 years of service in support of the European Command.
