U.S. Army Europe and Africa, along with our NATO and Partner Allies, annually host a Tank Challenge. This training event is designed to give participating nations a dynamic and productive environment in which to foster military partnerships, form Soldier-level relationships, and share tactics, techniques and procedures.

The European International Tank Challenge was formerly known as the Strong Europe Tank Challenge. Images, video and stories that are older will appear under that name further down the timeline.

Project Convergence 21 - An Overview
Army Futures Command
Oct. 7, 2021 | 0:59
Project Convergence is the Army's campaign of learning designed to aggressively advance and integrate our Army's contributions, based on a continuous structured series of demonstrations and experiments throughout the year. It ensures that the Army is part of the joint fight and can rapidly and continuously integrate or converge effects across all domains: air, land, sea, space, and cyberspace; to overmatch our adversaries in competition and conflict.

In a multi-domain operational environment, we will demonstrate more than 100 technologies; including artificial intelligence, unmanned vehicles, precision fires and network lethality that augments human sensing and decision making to inform a commanders' directives and include the war fighter’s lethality and pace in battle.

Project Convergence ensures the Army has the right people with the right systems, properly enabled in the right places to support the joint fight.
