U.S. Army Europe and Africa, along with our NATO and Partner Allies, annually host a Tank Challenge. This training event is designed to give participating nations a dynamic and productive environment in which to foster military partnerships, form Soldier-level relationships, and share tactics, techniques and procedures.
 
The European International Tank Challenge was formerly known as the Strong Europe Tank Challenge. Images, video and stories that are older will appear under that name further down the timeline.

U.S. Marines with Mobile Training Team One, Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force - Southern Command, conduct a seven-hour patrol with Panamanian service members from Servicio Nacional Aeronaval and other agencies at Agutin Santos Vinda Base, Panama, Sept. 1, 2017. The MTT is conducting a three-week course in Panama composed of basic infantry tactics, marksmanship, and patrolling. The Marines and sailors of SPMAGTF-SC are deployed to Central America to conduct security cooperation training and engineering projects with their counterparts in several Central American and Caribbean nations.
