Marine Corps Air Station Miramar
March 31, 2014 | 2:13
Marine Medium Helicopter Squadron 364 "Purple Foxes" conduct the last flight with 12 aircraft before they begin to retire the CH-46E Sea Knights and begin their transition to a Marine medium tiltrotor squadron. HMM-364 took maintainers and other Marines in the squadron on the flight as they did low passes through downtown San Diego. The Purple Foxes are the last operational Sea Knight squadron in the Marine Corps and will complete their transition to the MV-22B Osprey in October. Available in high definition.
