There are many missions taking place in Afghanistan on a daily basis, but there is one mission that is essential to the operations of a CH-47 Chinook Helicopter. It’s not the pilot, the cargo or the people it transports, but the soldiers who take care of this bird. This is the story about the technician and maintainer of the 1-111th Aviation Regiment Florida National Guard. Includes sound bites from Sgt. Wes Baity and Spc.
