Earlier this month, U.S. Army Europe and Africa's Deputy Commanding General, Maj. Gen. Peter Andrysiak, hosted a “Force Commanders” and delegations from the "Sending States Forces" forum. This was the first “Force Commander” meeting since 201, due to the COVID 19 Pandemic. The nations' representatives attended a command update briefing on June 8, and then were hosted to dinner in Wiesbaden, Germany, and then held their official meeting June 9th. The body addressed the NATO Status of Forces Agreement and its 1993 Supplement. The forum is a valuable venue that U.S. Army Europe and Africa, along with the other nations, have used to improve relations, particularly in regards to military mobility. It embodies that we are “Stronger Together!”
