Capt. Emily Copple, 23rd Modular Ordnance Ammunition Company Commander, 18th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, leads the Operation Allies Welcome Female Engagement Team made up of Soldiers from the 18th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 16th Sustainment Brigade and 39th Transportation Battalion, 21st Theater Sustainment Command. The FET ensures a female Soldier presence at the temporary housing facilities at Rhine Ordnance Barracks and Ramstein Air Force Base for Afghan travelers at all times, helping to bridge cultural gaps and provide a supportive environment for men and women.
