Air crews from the 1st Battalion, 214th Aviation Regiment “Cougars” perfected their aerial gunnery skills Feb. 15 to March 1 as part of the Cougar Flurry field training exercise held in Baumholder Training Area, Baumholder, Germany. UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter door gunners from Alpha Company, 1st Bn., 214th Aviation Regt., and CH-47 Chinook door gunners from Bravo Co., worked with their pilots and Firing Instructors to suppress or destroy targets on the range.
